Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Now I heard everything-
They did call me back, they found that yes, they had completely under-budgeted for the position they interveiwed me for. They are willing to meet me 'in the middle.'
They offered one of four interview slots. Get this- it is a 41/2 hour interview!!! For a 12-15 hours a week job!!! HA ha I almost dropped the phone.
The first words out of DH mouth were "are they paying you for your time?"

At least I spoke up and someone else will get paid a fair rate:)
