Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'm seeing this on facebook & pinterest.
Ex- I told Talyn to hurry & I was rushing her. She stops turns around and says "mommy just be patient." #priceless

I think that it's a twitter tag of some sort that people are using as an expression of speech these days.Not necessarily that they're trying to link something on FB to Twitter.
Similar to the way that people sometimes use html tags as an expression.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I had to google it one day after seeing them all over facebook. I've never felt so old and out of it.
