I keep getting distracted, but they were AWESOME. Really the best part of dinner in my book. The only hard part was trying to use generic plastic wrap on those puppies after having a couple of drinks;)
My ILs have a way of making simple things seem like you cured cancer. We had turkey made the day before and not even reheated, Bob Evans mashed potatoes with jarred gravy, mac and cheese from GFS, Stove Top, canned yams microwaved then topped with marshmallow, and green bean casserole. My BIL was in charge of Stove top, the mac and cheese, and the green beans. He started cooking at 10 am for a 1 pm lunch. I'm not sure how it took 3 hrs for that. Blech. I'm still bitter I had to miss my families homemade goodness.
Lol, isn't generic plastic wrap the worst? I bought it one time and I'll never do it again.
And your dinner sounds like it was... Yeah, what do you say here? lol Hopefully your Christmas dinner will be better.
