Holiday prep ?

Anyone want to do some kind of check in for the holiday prep (cards/decorating/shopping/etc.) I'm such a procrastinator and now with DD being mobile my time to do stuff is limited so having some accountability would be great.
Also does anyone have a good holiday prep checklist, I'd love to be able to check things off and I'm afraid I'll miss something if I do my own.
