Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

TIP insomniacs unite
I have to vent. I can't sleep. I need to talk to my doctor. He is a doctor who is wonderful when you are in his office but horrible about returning phonecalls or having available appointment times. I am so over it by now. I know it is time to find a new doctor. No one I have asked has anyone to recommend. FUKC it I will willingly drive an hour at this point for a decent doctor. I just hate the whole I have to start over because you know none of my background thing. GRRR! It is time to try to fall asleep again.

Why not find a new doctor? One who is available for you when you need him and not just whenever you are in his office.
ETA - I just saw that you're going to start looking for one.
