Q about exchanges at Michaels

I bought a picture frame that was 50% off and then used an additional 15% off sale prices coupon on it.

I want to exchange the frame for a similar item (in the same frame "line", but a different frame), will they let me do an even exchange (the two frames original prices are the same) or will I have to pay the difference? 

I have the receipt still. 

I've been searching their website and I can't find anything about returns/exchanges.

I don't know for sure, but my guess would be no, unless the sale is still going on.

I think it's worth a try, but probably depends on the manager.

I'd call before I went there. I've done what you're doing at a number of stores, but not Michaels.

no, they won't. they'll give you the price that you paid for it, and you can purchase the new one at the current price.
