As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Feeling successful!
I work for a local chapter of a national organization. Our national CEO stopped by the office briefly today. I had met her a few years back when she held another job and shared information about the structure of one of my successful programs with her. Today in our very brief conversation, she told me that she took my successful program back to her old organization and used that model to triple their funding. I am feeling very proud of my work right now.
