But when someone posts relatively gleefully about something dangerous and illegal, and then has an "oh sh!t!" moment, deletes, and pretends it never happened, I get a little annoyed.So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past.
Do you follow the 5-second rule? (for food that falls on the ground, etc.) Depends on the food and the surface. If it's non-sticky food on a non fuzzy / obviously dirty surface then I'll eat it. If its candy on a carpet - nope.
Do you own or rent? Rent my apartment, own the house that my xH will be taking over shortly.

Meh...I can see why people get annoyed with them when they've written out a long, thoughtful response only to have it DD'd. It just screams "Coward!" to me...we've all posted things that we got flamed for at some point or another--own up! For as much as we jump on Air and Diamonds, neither of them have DD'd (that I remember), and I do respect them for that.

Do you follow the 5-second rule? (for food that falls on the ground, etc.) No, even in my own home. They have done so many studies that the 5 seconds has more bacteria than eating off counter tops. Even in your own home it's not safe especially if people walk around with shoes on or have pets.
