My boss still isnt talking to me and I can already tell its gonna be one long week. ugh

Eh, mine's ok. I'm off on Monday's but I'm PMSing and feeling really crabby today. This is really going to be a fun week for me. haha!

Just tell yourself the truth, that you are prettier, smarter, have a wonderful family, great friends and that they will throw nails in her driveway to shred her tires if she doesn't stop being an A** to you real soon!
Jenn, I definitely think (after I read your post last week) that if you have "cooled off" (not that I think you were about to fly off the handle or anything but we all need that cooling off period to think things through) that you should write up a rebuttle and discuss it with your manager. If things are not the same across the board, it is not addressed in your handbook, etc. then these are things that should be discussed together. I also think if you are not clear on what her expectations are of you and you have interpreted things differently (we all interpret the way we want to and not always the way we it is communicated to us) then she intended then things need to be cleared up amongst the two of you.
I think this is extremely important for you to do well and feel like you are able to be successful, esp if today she is not even talking to you.
And if all else fails, take guin's advice, ha.

Thanks for the advice. I've been doing alot of thinking about it and your right. It's just sad because it seems like here the past couple of years every job i've had, i've had issue with someone. I've got to be doing something wrong somewhere. I don't know. I just want to be treated as an equal. The problem here is that it's just me and her. I have no on eto help me or even just to talk to. The more I think about it the more miserable I become.
