Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

ok, here's my first question (sorry, hope you guys don'd mind...)
I set up both my personal gmail account and my work account on the phone. Now it is beeping at me ever time I get a work email. Is there a way to make it alert me only for the gmail account? I don't really want to get beeped at dozens of times a day for work.

Under settings>email>accounts, you can set your work email to only fetch upon your request. That should help.
