I'm starting at 8:30 with 6 couples for a holiday cocktail party. This is what I'm serving.
hummus/pita, veggie and cheese plate, appetizer quiches, shrimp/sauce, goat cheese rolls, pumpkin dip with ginger snaps, gorgonzola cheese ball/crackers.
Also some sweets of cream puffs, eclairs, assorted cookies and strawberries.
Is it enough, do I need to have more substantial foods? I have some spanakopitas but not enough, I can run out to get more tomorrow.
I have a fully stocked bar so no concerns there.
Re: quick insight needed, cocktail party tomorrow night
goat cheese rolls by the way don't have the cheese as dominating. It's with green onions, chopped walnuts, chopped dried figs, butered lettuce rolled with a thin armenian/arabic bread.
Cheese plate, goat cheese (even if not dominant), and cheese ball...That's a lot of cheese. If it's not too late I'd get rid of one and and the spanakpoitas.
