Potluck favorites?
Now that the holidays are here, there seem to be potlucks happening just about every week for me. What are your favorite items to bring to potluck gatherings?
I typically bring chicken buffalo dip (from Hungry Girl) or my soft ginger cookies.

i usually bring puala dean's 'not yo mama's banana cream pudding', or the knorr vegetable soup mix spinich dip put inside a bread bowl.
my favorite thing to eat at pot lucks are the things we call 'crack meatballs'. it's meat balls in a crock pot with jelly and chili sauce. sounds gross, but tastes soo good.

Salsa chicken and tortilla chips
Crock pot chocolate cake
Any kind of loaf bread - banana, pumpkin, zucchini, etc

i'm going to do what we at work call 'crack balls' for my next pot luck. it will be my frist time making it, but i've had them twice.
you take one jar of jelly and two jars of heinz chili sauce and pour over frozen meatballs in a crock pot. put on high and simmer for 4 hours.
here's hoping it turns out well!!!
