Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

ugh, when it rains it pours.......
so my laundry list:
1 - I am just NOW getting over my migraine from Thurs. Yep that's right. (because I ate garlic and didn't realize it - bad Katie!!!! 
) But after you read this you'll see why I still have a minor headache......
2 - my car had to be taken in and it's going to cost $700.....
3 - the chick came back about the condo, she is back to her first and original offer and it's her final. Thanks lady, you are costing me thousands - why don't you understand that only 1K increase in price for you is only like lunch out a month (approx $7) increase in payment for you?!?!!? WTH?!?!?!
so I still have a minor headache and no appetite.
Sorry for my Debbie Downer post. I've already lost it on the phone w/Brad and my mom.

Thanks girls, I just keep praying to God about all this. I feel grateful to him we can afford it when things go wrong w/the car and such.
This will make yall laugh too - I really wanted to go to church yesterday even though I wasn't feeling 100%. Well our clocks were programmed to the OLD daylight savings and so they went back an hour. So when I thought I had an hour to get ready at 9:30, it was actually 10:30 and there was no way I had the energy to rush to get ready in time. I figured God understood.
I'll just keep praying. At least I have wonderful friends, family and great DH. There's no way I could do it w/o all those people in my life!!

well this girl won't budge at all. At this point my agent is just trying to see if we can move up the closing date to save us from paying the Dec mortgage as well.
I guess the bright side is that I will have HUGE write offs this year from my taxes.
I'm just too nice of a person. I would be thinking about everyone involved and this girl is just thinking of herself. I wish she knew what I was going through and that she is costing me 20K. Thanks a lot.
