Vitamin/semi medical question
I can't swallow calcium pills...yes I'm a wimp. So I bough some chewable calcium/magnesium/vitamin D waffles. They are dark chocolate made with organic cocoa. Is it possible that these are makin me sick to my stomach? Like, gassy and some quality toilet time... (sorry if TMI) Ive only been taking them since Thursday and Ive lowered the amount I'm taking. Is it possible that I just need to get used to hem? Any one else ever have this problem?

Are you taking them with food? Or on an empty stomach?
The first time with an empty stomach. Then when that bothered m I tried eating them in between bites is cereal anD it still made me sick.
I would love a recommendation. I just got these and they weren't cheap so I feel I should finish them. This is the first time I've tried any. I was actually going to get the liquid but the lady working there said it was horrible tasting

I use more vitamins/herbs from this company and have been very happy with them. They have a great liquid calcium that even my younger siblings don't mind taking.

If I take vitamins on an empty stomach I'll throw up in 10 mins flat lol I take a prenatal vitamin and now I take it before bed. I saw it recommended on here once that doing that makes it easier on your tummy. This however is not throwing up, which is why I thought it was weird. I hope I get used to them and that goes away
