As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

so I'm back looking at one of the first houses on my original list. I initially crossed it off for two reasons
1) it's smaller than most: 3 bedroom but at 1100 square feet with not the best layout so it seems cramped
2) 1/4 of it was missing after being hit by a tree
But it's in my price range and a lovely neighborhood and it's been repaired so who knows...
Still hoping/praying/wishing/pleading (even wished to Santa Claus today) the auction house I wound up in 2nd place when bidding still comes through -fingers crossed the first people back out!
