It's LSU and Alabama!!!! Thoughts? I'm glad to see two SEC teams in the championship!

Re: Nat'l Championship
I'm highly disappointed. I think the match-up between OSU and LSU would provide a much better game. We've "been there done that" with bammer and LSU this year and bammer lost at home. No need to see it again.
I couldn't care less that it is two SEC teams. I want to watch a good game.

TTC Baby #2 - BFP on 12/14/11 @ 10DPO - CP confirmed 12/18/11
BFP #2 on 1/13/12
Oklahoma State got screwed.
This system is so fvcked up.
I wonder how this game will end? Oh. Wait.
And honestly, what happens if bammer does pull out the win? Then they win the crystal ball but who ends up at #1? Bammer and LSU would be tied.So it would be another judgement call.
Best case-- LSU beats bammer, OSU beats Stanford and it ends up clear with LSU 1, OSU 2 and bammer 3. Not that it is really any consolation to OSU fans...

stuff to consider...
bammer didn't win their conference, didn't even win their division
bammer has only beaten 3 DI teams with a winning record (Auburn, Arky, Penn State)
their OOC schedule is super weak (Kent State, Penn State --only good one--, North Texas and Georgia Southern [1AA school])
and their loss came at home while OSU's loss was on the road
OSU won the Big 12 and beat 7 teams with a winning record, 3 of which were ranked opponents that they played on the road
eta: I get that bammer's loss is a "better" loss than OSU's but there are a lot of other factors here as well...

Ditto. OSUs one loss was, what, they day after their campus was rocked by the death of 2 coaches? Plus, they lost in overtime.

I have considered all of that, and I know that it was a tough decision. I just think the people that say they" wanted OSU because Bama already had their chance" is not a great argument. Ultimately, I just want a good game too; something that has not happened in recent years when another conference plays an SEC team.
