Where do you take yours? I've heard(and read) bad things about the place by Randall's

I would love to know this as well. I went the place by Randall's once and not only were the unfriendly I thought it was pretty expensive.
I'll even take recs in the loop.

If you go on etsy.com on the bottom left corner, you can choose "shop locally" and put in your zip code. Then you can search "monogram" and choose Shop Local items on the left. You should be able to find Pearland vendors that do monogramming.
For instance, this girl (headtotoe2009) looks like she does pillowcases and tissue box covers, but I am sure she has a monogram machine if she does those, so she would probably price something out for you if you contacted her directly. Plus, since she is in Pearland, you can likley just do a pick up/drop off instead of shipping.
Just another option, if you don't want to bother with the commercialized shops. (unless you have a huge order - which I am wondering if this is related to your team, or a personal item. So, if for your team - you can disregared my suggestion!
)
