f/u to school query
Thanks for all the input, ladies! We visited our local school for their info session and were very impressed. The assistant principal spent half an hour answering our questions (and of course, I threw out easy ones like "what is your most frequent complaint from parents?" 
). All in all we are very much convinced that this will be a good fit for DD next year. They are also exploring having a full-day preschool which would be awesome because then DS could also go there too. Glad we checked it out!

Yay! I sent J to our local school half day preschool. He learned so much from them and I was so impressed.
Yay!
I was thinking about that some after you posted it, and I think that if my neighborhood school was pretty good, that is where I would go, even if there were other options I could potentially choice in to.
