Vent about AF

Not to go too far down the "TMI" road, but I hate tracking my periods.  I usually forget to write it down for a while, then I'm stuck trying to figure out when it happened.

I've been on the IUD for a while, and was asking my OB at the last appt about my cycle, since it's been all.over the place -- some are about 25 days, others are less than 3 weeks apart. 

I miss the days when it was on a regular schedule that I could depend on.

Amen sister! I just went off the pill in preperation for us to TTC sometime next year and two weeks later I got my period again! I'm hoping it regulates soon - damn hormones!

Me TOO. And I apparently have like 24-day cycles now, which makes it even worse.

At least you haven't had to fight that every month since you started. It sucks not being regular and really sucks when I go from a 3 week cycle to a 50+ day cycle which happens pretty frequently. I really wish after 14 years things would start to regulate, but I don't think that will happen in my lifetime without hormones and I'm not willing to go there.

I am on 1 year and 17 days of being ON  AF.  I think at this point if I stop bleeding I will seriously freak out.

Meg.eliz & Xyllah - yep, you have it waaay worse.  Either situation sucks.  I was on Depo once and bled for 6 months -- they said it would *most likely* get better as my body got used to it, but I wasn't willing to wait any longer.

I have an IUD and haven't had anything since I stopped spotting 2 months after I had it put in.   I had to go to urgent care last week for strep and was trying to explain to a male nurse that I don't really have periods and that basically my last one was before I got pg with DS which was 16 months ago was quite interesting.
