Since moving to the East St. Paul/Maplewood/Woodbury area, I have yet to find a new dentist and need recommendations ASAP! I chipped my tooth today and would like to find non-judgmental dentist (I've had dentists who have made me feel bad in the past...) with fair prices for procedures. Oh, and it would be a plus if they accept Delta Dental!
Thanks!

Re: Dentist Rec?
A very close family member of mine is a Dentist and he is not at all judgemental - and he takes Delta Dental. He's downtown St Paul though but they do validate parking!
PM me if you want his info.
Otherwise in Woodbury, I've heard great things about Dr. Edlund.

my read shelf:
My entire extended family goes to Dr. Ehrmanntraut in St. Paul. He's on Snelling, just off 94. Pretty sure they accept all insurances. As far as pricing, I know for a self-pay cleaning (since I don't currently have dental ins) he charges $135 - don't have any idea how his pricing compares to others.
Additionally, you could check with the dental program at Century College in WBL. the dental students do clinics with real patients.
I highly recommend Dr. Christ or Dr. Setterstrom (they share a practice) in Woodbury. I've been seeing Dr. Christ since I was 3. He is scaling back due to partial retirement now, I've been seeing Dr. Setterstrom more often and he's also great.

http://www.gentledentaleagan.com/ I actually know "Richard" - worked with him at a previous job where he volunteered on the side, super easy-going guy... I believe my late FIL went over to his office for his dental work...
Otherwise, Dr. Lewis at WBY HP Dental is pretty good...
There's also http://www.grandviewdentalhudson.com/cosmetic-dentist-hudson/meet.asp in Hudson - I went there for my custom mouthguard for lifting and they were great about the fitting (had to redo it at least once because of an overactive gag reflex)...
