1. Biggest fight you've gotten in with a family member? friend? what was it about? I got into a HUGE fight with the girl who was my MOH in college. I don't even remember what it was about, but it was nasty and we didn't talk for a few years. All's good now.
2. Lamest argument you've had with the FI/H/SO/ex/whatever? Who started it? (Be honest.) We actually didn't argue a lot, and I can't remember the lamest argument. When we did argue, both of us would get really loud and neither of us held grudges.
3. Best work gossip/stories? One of the companies that we hire for is being sued by the FDA. I found that out today. And one of my coworkers used to be a total trainwreck, but it has calmed down lately and I love her, so I can't really elaborate.
4. Any secrets you're just DYING to tell someone, but you can't IRL? YES. But I can't say it on here because I'm paranoid about lurkers, and I've not exactly made an effort to hide my identity.

*Threatened to run my dad over with a u-haul (I wouldn't have) for trying to boss me around even though he had been an absent dad. Didn't talk to him for 6 years after that.

*We seriously haven't had a real argument. Nothing than a bit fo back and forth over whos house we're going to at various holidays

*I once called PETA on the guys in the lab down the hall. They were being assholes to their subjects.
4. Any secrets you're just DYING to tell someone, but you can't IRL?
*Yes but it doesn't really exist yet. I'm hoping to have news to spill at some point soon instead of waiting another 2+ years. Also, Santa DOES exist.

1. I can't think of anything, but I *was* expecting a big fight when I told them about my 8 tattoos my parents didn't know about. All they said was (paraphrasing) "That's nice. What's for dinner?" I guess since they couldn't do anything about it they didn't get mad.
2. Just one?? I get annoyed when H calls for no reason. I tell him I prefer a purpose, but he just doesn't get it.
3. Someone told me about two people who had an affair. He broke it off so she got him fired. I heard the story from someone not involved.
4. I got nothing.

Hmm. I have a 4 inch scar down the back of my head from when my brother slammed me into the corner of the bathroom sink, because I shoved him before he could go into my room and destroy all my *** (like he had done several times before) because I kicked him off the internet for a whole two seconds while I plugged the router in.

Lamest? Hmm. H left me at home instead of taking me with him to a concert because I hadn't been feeling well so I stayed in bed until like 5pm and didn't hear my phone, so I wasn't ready. We still had like an hour before we had to leave, but he just left me. He started it, but to be fair, I was notorious for never answering my phone and not being ready, so it wasn't totally his fault. He came home and apologized for yelling at me and being immature.
3. Best work gossip/stories?
I honestly don't know anyone well enough to have gossip yet.
4. Any secrets you're just DYING to tell someone, but you can't IRL?
Nothing I can think of.

1. My old best friend, who was in a 4 year relationship with a woman, went behind my back and started talking to my first love. He would visit me and they'd sneak off together when I was sleeping. She broke up with her girlfriend and moved to be with him. I no longer talk to either. I lost two best friends. It still makes me angry and sad at the same time.
2. We don't fight a lot but I was really sad on Saturday and he decided to leave me alone instead of make me feel better because he didn't know what to say. There was some tension but it's all good now. I was looking for him to comfort me.
3. a lady I work with wrote a document about me and how I break rules (lame things like I give my kids extra recess, I let them wear hats in school). She saved it on our network and didn't know it wasnt private. Idiot! Someone found it and printed it off to show me. The lady who wrote it had showed my principal but it was obvious laughable because he never came to me about it.
4. I have nothing juicy.
OMG Ash. Not fair. You can PM it to me. I promise I'm a really good secret keeper! (Especially since I know no one in your real life. ha.)

Edie- H and I get into arguments about him calling, too. Mine's the opposite. I hate when he doesn't call if he's going to be late. It's our most ongoing spat.

1. Biggest fight you've gotten in with a family member? friend? what was it about? I really can't remember the reason my close cousin and I fought but it went on for about a year. It must have been major or just major for our high school selves. When we would see each other at family events we said hello and some small talk but nothing more. We patched things up kind of randomly about years ago. It started with some myspace(yes I said myspace) messages and then text and then we started to hang out. We lived like 2 mins away from each other. We are good now.
2. Lamest argument you've had with the FI/H/SO/ex/whatever? Who started it? (Be honest.) Crap I can't read and wrote about a lame argument with my mom. Ican't remember a lame arguement with FI. We rarely argue and if and when we do it must be serious.
3. Best work gossip/stories? A CW of mine was divorcing his W. He started hooking of with a vendor who was still with her H. They would randomly end up in Vegas on the same weekend she was there for a company trip. The affair carried on for a while until she left her H and moved her and her kids in with him. They tried to keep it a secret but made is so noticable. Like they were trying to hard to cover it up. We all knew.

Teachery Blog
1. Biggest fight you've gotten in with a family member? friend? what was it about?
One of the biggest ones was with my mom after vacation last month. Some of you know that my parents relocated to Florida last summer and they now live 30 minutes from our normal vacation spot. H and I were on our bi-annual vaca with his family and we included my parents in 4 of the 9 days of activities. My mom had to work 2 days so that totals 6 days. The other 3 days we had plans that we did not include my parents in because they were specific to H's family. My mom told me I didn't make enough of an effort to see her, felt neglected and flipped her lid and said some really nasty things to me. It was awful. I felt horrible for a couple of days after the fight and then I just got pisssed. We've patched things up and she apologized.
2. Lamest argument you've had with the FI/H/SO/ex/whatever? Who started it? (Be honest.)
We've had some pretty silly about driving. I think H is a horrible driver and am not quiet about that on trips.
3. Best work gossip/stories?
I work in an office of 10 so I won't say much work related stuff online. It would be too easy for someone to figure out I was talking about them if they saw it.
4. Any secrets you're just DYING to tell someone, but you can't IRL?
I want to tell friends/family that we are going to start TTC soon, but I don't want the constant questions or to feel pressure.

1. Biggest fight you've gotten in with a family member? friend? what was it about? I have gotten in fights with my dad when he is being a drunk idiot. Thankfully that doesn't happen anymore (for now).
When I was pregnant my friend was texting me, and she is not the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree, and it was starting to get on my nerves. I went to text someone else about how stupid she was and accidentally sent it to her. We haven't talked since. Oops.
2. Lamest argument you've had with the FI/H/SO/ex/whatever? Who started it? (Be honest.) Most are pretty lame. I don't have any specific ones in mind. Wait, we fought over the computer once because we went from having two to one. That was pretty lame. It was/is about a 50/50 of who starts it.
3. Best work gossip/stories? Oh dear, my store is full of freaking gossip. Stupid tiny store with only 5 main employees and 3 part timers. Everyone talks behind everyone else's back and it's obnoxious. Especially when the boss does it the most. She accused me of switching shifts with someone last weekend because I must have wanted to go get drunk and have sex. Really? So inappropriate.
4. Any secrets you're just DYING to tell someone, but you can't IRL? I would love to out some awesome personal stuff all over the damn place. It just sucks that only a few people know how truly happy I am, and I can't just shout about it because I am worried about A) judgy people, and
The fact that my divorce still isn't exactly out there with all the people it should be.

ohgod, Hike. That's terrible! Were you still dating the guy when that happened? That's awful.
I guess my biggest fight is a 'similar' story, except not really. There was this guy one of my friends was 'dating' off and on. She refers to him as her first love, but they 'dated' in 6th-7th grade. And she was a wench to him.
Skip forward a few years and we're all friends. He and I hooked up a few times and eventually became friends with benefits. (The pastor's son, if you remember any of my stories....) I thought she knew all along, because we didn't really try to hide it or anything. A few years ago (like 5 years after the fact), I joked about it. She completely flipped her shiit on me. How I betrayed her, blahblahblah. I was like. um. You held his hand when you were 11. Seriously?
H and I get in tons of petty, lame 'fights.' We're always over them right away, but we're both just too damn stubborn to avoid them in the first place. The most recent was that we were arguing over whether or not to buy pop at Costco. It's cheaper, but if we have too much in the house we both drink way too much. It was ridiculous. We gave each other the silent treatment in Costco for about 3 aisles.
No good work gossip, other than all the boss bullshit that I've shared with you guys already.
IRL gossip... We found out a few weeks ago that H's dad just had another kid. With a random woman he's been 'renting a room from.' He's 58. and still technically married to H's step mom (the woman that basically raised him.)

I got into a huge argument with my brother at his 21st birthday party this summer because he wasn't being very nice to his gf. So I got all up in his face and it went on from there. But we were both over it the next day because it was kind of a dumb fight.
2. Lamest argument you've had with the FI/H/SO/ex/whatever? Who started it? (Be honest.) We got into it over a burnt pizza. H started it, he got pissy at me because he thought I let the pizza burn on purpose, but I didn't hear the timer go off because I was vacuuming.
3. Best work gossip/stories? Yes, I have some. But I love my coworkers too much to share them.
4. Any secrets you're just DYING to tell someone, but you can't IRL? Yes. And if any of you tell, I will shank you. I think one of H's ex-friends is so handsome. H would probably die if he knew I thought so. I am also still friends with this guy and I talk to him on FB. It's not like I have feelings for this dude or anything like that, but he is a nice guy and a good friend of mine. He's kind of like my sounding board for man opinions and ideas.
Steph- we weren't dating at that time but he and i had known each other since second grade (this was 3 years ago). There was so much history and she knew how hurt I'd be. They ended up getting married but they both had lied to me for months. I felt like such an idiot. So not only was my heart broken by both but I felt stupid. I don't take well with being made to feel stupid.
Are you KU yet? Can I start asking you every morning?

I'm excited for you! and slightly jealous. The baby fever has kicked in like WOAH the last few months. I'm pretty sure it's because I went off BC, but holy crap. It doesn't help that I have a ton of friends with babies now.

You're wise to keep it on the down-low. We haven't even told our families that we're TTC and they still ask about it. It would be 100 times worse if they knew.
