Interview Advice (xp from F&B board)
So, I've been out of school for two years and our local school board has no almost no hiring in that time frame, so it's been awhile since I've given getting a job/interviews etc much thought. I was shocked to learn that I am being given an interview this Friday. So...what do I wear? Normally in the classroom, it's some sort of a flat, dress pants and a dressy top, but what should I wear to the formal interview at the board head office? Any advice would be great! 
Oh, I should mention that it's cold here and there is snow on the ground since that may affect suggestions!
Also, this is my first job interview ever (I've been self-employed basically since), so for those of you who may have advice on having a good interview, that would be appreciate too! Thanks!
