My FIL: split gift with MIL: A cow or goat from heiffer international. Also, I am going to get him Moonwalking with Einstein because I really think he would enjoy it.
My dad: Decision Points audio (abridged: read by G. Bush). Also, my brothers and I are going in for a Nespresso machine for my mom, but he's getting the benefits too!
My dad wanted two specific long sleeve Carhart t-shirts, so he's getting those. FIL is getting a Kindle.
No more baby siggie pics. Boo.
Dad: We are getting my dad this (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001G8Y2Y0/ref=oh_o00_s00_i01_details) Professional Popcorn Maker. It's like the kind in movie theaters & he used to work for a theater company. We're also getting him some of the theater style popcorn.
FIL: New laptop bag.

I took my dad to the Journey concert for his birthday/Christmas gift. I made desk calendars for the family so I will give him that, along with some Christmas candy and maybe a bottle of wine.
FIL, same desk calendar, a giftcard to Subway and maybe another small thing

My dad is getting a cooling unit for his laptop, some cool magnetic containers I found at World Market for his garage, an encyclopedia of sports, and a gift card toward new couches (for him & my mom)
FIL's gift is basically stuff for his surgeries that start next month. We got him a robe, slippers, noise drowning earphones, and stress putty for while he's in the hospital and then we got the Harry Potter book series since he'll be off and on bed rest until September.

A pedicure.
No joke. I'm actually making it a family gift. My dad wants a pedicure because his toe nails are kind of gross but he's embarrassed to actually follow through. So, my dad, mom, SO, and I are all going to get one together. SO wants to do it too since he has some ingrown nails. Buahahaha. It's a pedicure double date!
Probably getting my dad some fleece/lounging type pants. I got him some a few years ago that he loves.
We're getting FIL/SMIL a getaway to a B&B near where they live in CA off of Living Social. They combined households last year and are trying to get rid of "stuff"

I got my dad a wine cooler and a wine stopper/pourer, as well as a calendar of DD to share with my mom.
My MIL and FIL can't share the calendar, so they each get one of their own.
dad - family calendar, GC to Cracker Barrell, shirt, hickory farms set, overland sheepskin rug/blanket
FIL - no idea as SIL isn't communicating and we usually do joint gifts! Ideas are donation to wildlife foundation or heifer international, binoculars, indoor golf GC
