Gift ideas for a 14 year old girl?

I am making my family gifts for Christmas this year and need an idea for my sister. I quilt and sew items (not clothes). What the heck do I make a 14 year old girl?

She likes music. She is in her schools choir and glee club. I am just at a loss. 

 

Any ideas would be appreciated

What about a ruffle scarf out of knit fabric? I know it is sort of a clothing item but no alterations/fitting required.

Or maybe an Amy Butler bag?

Tote bag/purses ... fleece blanket .... does she have an ipad or iphone or anything you could make a cover/case for it .... picture frames (buy plain ones and decorate ..) ...

I'd make her a wrislet thing like this- my little sister and little cousins are all obsessed with the Vera Bradley ones and I'm making them with fabrics that match their interests (and fancier quilting, and I modified the pattern to include 2 card slots inside of the pouch).

I'm glad you have a tutorial to share with her! I was afraid she would ask for one. LOL I don't use tut's for anything sewing related.

What about a quillow (quilt that folds into a pillow) that matches the decor of her room or is in her favorite colors?  I'm making one for my MIL.

You don't use tuts? I envy you. I survive on them for at least the first run through  a project.
