What's your favorite kind of fudge? Recipes? I usually just make plain chocolate, but I'm looking for some other ideas this year!!

Re: Favorite fudge?
White Chocolate Fudge
3/4 cup of condensed milk
12 oz white chocolate chips
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of orange zest
1 cup each of pecans, craisins and dried apricots
1) Combine condensed milk and chocolate chips in microwave until smooth (2-3 minutes, stiring every 1 minute)
2) Add orange zest and vanilla extract to mixture until smooth
3) Add 3/4 of a cup of each of the last three ingredients, pour in to 6x8 pan (I used 8x8 because I don't have the other size)
4) Add remaining 1/4 cup of each of the last three ingredients to the top; refridgerate for several hours
It's so yummy! And you can really just use the condensed milk and white chocolate chips as the base to add whatever you want. I have added all sorts of things to create my own combinations.
