I only do with the ones that are my friends too, but in the past, my boss would give us all an ornament (I think he got them at the $1 store, but they were actually cute!) and he taped a $1 scratch off on it.
I've baked for everyone in the past before, but that's about it.
i would love to know, too. i have 6 team mates. 2 years ago, i got them bath bo mbs at lush, last year i got a candle with their initial from Kohls.
this year, not a clue. maybe a couple of hand soaps from bath and body works???
Food! Everyone in my office generally brings food and a card. My department does a White elephant gift exchange that is usually really fun. I'm looking forward to it.
