It's kind of like a book of the month kind of thing, but the company chooses the books based upon the recipient's age, interests and tastes. Each one arrives gift wrapped, and if the recipient has already read it or doesn't like it, s/he returns it free of charge and they'll immediately replace it.
I've never used them, but how cool of an idea is that? Has anyone used them before?
