We (me and my H) don't do anything special, I'm usually up before he is and will make my own breakfast. Maybe I'll do Christmas shaped pancakes for me or something, hah. In two years or so, we'll think of a breakfast tradition. One of my uncles & aunts does eggs benedict w/fresh baked biscuits.

Oh, DH's family has a tradition of having gin fizzes Christmas morning. They have blintzes, too. Those are basically marscapone or ricotta cheese filled crepes:
