help with our first Christmas card!
I know this sounds silly but I need some help with wording on our Christmas card. On the front it has a little saying and on the back it says:
"God Bless,
The Smith Family
Paul and Sydney"
Is it just me or does it seem like we are blessing ourselves? lol. Also should I write our individual names after writing "The Smith Family" ? It seems redundant.
Re: help with our first Christmas card!
Personally, I think it is a bit "professional." If I seen that I would immediately think it came from a business.
Our Christmas cards were signed,
God Bless! or We Love You!, or Love,
K&B
I think you should write your names before your family name like this:
Paul and Sydney
The Smith Family.
BFP #1 3/23/12 ~ EDD 11/29/12 ~ M/C 5/20/12 ~ D&E 5/21/12
BFP #2 10/21/12 ~ EDD 7/4/13 ~ Team Pink!
This. And I don't think that it sounds like you are blessing yourselves, though an exclamation point would probably work better than a comma.
God bless.
Paul and Sydney Smith
