She is precious - glad you had all of that wonderful support! I encourage you to be outspoken regarding your experience with the first anesthesiologist - they are highly trained and very well paid and more than capable of doing an epi for you - his behavior seems to indicate he belongs to that crappy group of them who believe they are too good to be doing epis. Doing them and being professional is part of his job and I am sure there is no where in his contract where it says that he can pitch a hissy fit and stomp out on a patient - it doesn't speak highly of his skill that his fellow doc had such an easy time doing your epi.
