I didn't get to grocery shopping or meal planning this weekend so I have no clue what we're going to eat this week!

Sunday-Homemade cheesy potato soup.
Monday-Beef enchilada's and spanish rice.
Tuesday-sweet and sour chicken
Wednesday-Leftover chicken and a veggie
Thursday- I was thinking of having breakfast for dinner
Friday-Saturday No Idea yet.
this was all planned as of yesterday - before DH got a stomach bug and i caught a gross cold.
- potato cheese soup that i made yesterday
- shrimp and orzo salad
- steak and mac & cheese
- baked chicken parm
not sure what will get made/eaten since we're both under the weather. figures - the one week i have everything mapped out, and we're both sick.
We're in the same boat. All I have planned for this week is spaghetti tonight.
Here is what we have so far...
Monday- Homemade pizza and salad
Tuesday- Fish, veggies and rice
Wednesday- Sloppy Joes and salad
Thursday- Roasted chicken, mashed potatoes and veggies
Friday-Sunday- not sure yet
I'm avoiding red meat this week, so DH might cook himself up a steak on the side one of these nights...
Monday- salmon with pesto mayo, brown rice and aparagus
Tuesday- Citrus chicken and green beans
Wednesday- Turkey chili
Thursday- Carrot ginger soup
Friday- leftovers or out
Monday - Biggest Loser Roast Beef, Mashed Potatos, and veggie
Tuesday - Carry-out... meeting some co-workers at G&M's.... so I'll bring DH some home.

Sunday- prime rib, oven roasted potatoes, broccoli and asparagus
Monday- leftover prime rib, leftover potatoes, green beans and asparagus
Tuesday- chicken and apple sausage, broccoli and mac n cheese
wednesday one of my let's dish things from the freezer
thursday lets dish from the freezer
friday- we will be in FL so no cooking for me
I was so focused on shopping and cooking for our christmas party this weekend that I failed to plan anything for the week. This is what we've had so far...
Sunday: Beer burgers, made by my husband. Super healthy, obviously.
Monday: Lemon pasta with scallops and artichokes, some raw veggies because I was lazy
Tuesday: Alone tonight, so probably leftover pasta or ravioli.
The rest of the week...your guess is as good as mine!
