XP - looking for a good meatloaf recipe
DH loves the stuff. I've made it a few times, but honestly, I think I've got the spices all jacked up. I need a good, basic recipe. Thanks so much!!

Family Recipe. Easy and delicious. We do top with a bunch of ketchup.
Mix:
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 t. salt
1/3 c. milk
2 slices of soft bread crumbs
1 T. minced onion
2 T. BBQ sauce (opt.)
1 lb. ground beef
Pat into greased pan. Top with ketchup if desired.
Bake 1 hr. at 350o.
