Re: Help! Cookie exchange...
I have a cookie exchange this friday, I'm making those brownies that I posted the recipe for yesterday and then stuffed chocolate chip cookies. I'm using Tiff's choc chip cookie recipe and then stuffing with an oreo.
In the past I have made whoopie pies, and scotcheroos. If you want more snacky things instead of cookies you could do chocolate covered potato chips or the rolo pretzels - both are really easy.
Bonbon cookies (hershey kiss inside a round cookie dipped in icing)
Pretzel- get the thicker stick pretzels then drizzle white and chocolate almond bark over, put three together, cover with saran wrap, tie with a ribbon.
Snickerdoodles are always a hit at my house.
I wish I could go to a cookie exchange, it sounds like fun. We have something going on the night I was invited to one. Boo.
For my husband's cookie exchange at work, I'm making cherry cheesecake cookies. Recipe I found on Pinterest that looks easy and yummy!

And for my work cookie exchange I'm making these:

It is HARD to find pretzel rods right now!! Hy-Vee was out at 2 locations and I bought the last 2 bags at the Papio walmart...crazy!
