I own my own company (opened just this past March). I hired 3 new employees and they have all been here two weeks now. I am doing a holiday cheers party for our whole team, we're baking cookies Thursday, delivering them to our clients, then meeting at a nice restaurant for heavy apps and drinks.
My question is - Do I need to get them a holiday tangible gift? (outside of the party etc...)
We're a small advertising agency if that helps knowing our line of business. I also gave them the entire week between christmas and new years off, which definitely is a perk. (at least I think it is!)
