How about a holiday related Thankful Tuesday? i.e. I'm thankful that my shopping is done, my family will be around, etc.

Re: Thankful Tuesday
I'm thankful that DH had an awesome birthday yesterday, I had been feeling like I didn't do enough because I have finals this week, but he loved it!
I'm thankful that I only have 2 days between me and freedom...those days include a 15 page paper, online final, poster presentation, and cumulative lab final, but at 5pm tomorrow I will be DONE!
I'm thankful my finals are finishing the day before my birthday, making that celebration that much more fun!
I'm thankful my FIL helped us out with plane tickets home for Christmas, I didn't want to spend half my weekend in the car having to drive home in holiday traffic.
I wish I could be thankful my shopping is done but with all the school going on right now that did NOT happen...
DH & I at the Light Festival
I am thankful that I am done shopping...now just to get things wrapped and shipped out to those that are far away (including my Nestie...I suck!). Hopefully I can get everything ready for the post office tomorrow!
I am also thankful that we went public early (last night on Facebook), so I don't have to get a bunch of side eyes in my sweater dress on Christmas Eve at church!
I LOVED your announcement! It looked like a regular status update and then you threw it in there!

I'm thankful that shopping is done and that hubby was a huge help (he got everyone on his side gift cards, but whatever, still done!!!)
I'm thankful for my awesome family, and that I'm going to spend Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with my side of the family in Staten Island (instead of driving to Delaware to see the in-laws like we did last year - 8 hours in the car on our first married Christmas Day - worst Christmas ever
- we'll see them later that week!)
I'm thankful for all the cookies that I baked this weekend. That's a silly one, but I'm still thankful for this time of year, and the excuse to make all the yummy cookies that I love!!!
I'm thankful that SD's birthday sleepover & birthday party went so well (& that EX behaved herself at the birthday party & played nice). SD had a wonderful birthday weekend.
I'm thankful that I'm *almost* finished with my Christmas shopping & finally can begin wrapping gifts & putting them under the tree.

I am thankful everything that had to be shipped went out yesterday without any problems. Everything should be delivered by the end of this week and that makes me happy.
I am thankful that after tomorrow night, I should be finished with my Christmas shopping. I just have to wrap the rest.
I am thankful that we are once again hosting NYE so I get to plan the party and entertain. I can't wait.
I'm thankful that it should be a low-key Christmas, just the kids, us, my dad and grandma. My one bro and SIL and nephew will be in Toronto visiting SIL's family, though my other bro, SIL and niece were planning on being in Indy for Christmas, who knows if they will change their plans.
I'm thankful that my bro, SIL and niece are headed this way taking a "vacation" (stopping a few different places on the way) and distracting themselves from their recent loss. They are likely arriving toward the end of the week!! Yay! Can't wait to see them again! Who wouldn't want to see this little sweet face again as soon as possible :-)
I'm also thankful that I have most shopping done, and SD assembled our tree and decorated it. It just isn't exciting for me with artificial trees and she's done it the last two years.
