I haven't popped over here for a while but I'm hoping you ladies might be able to help me out with something.
We need to re-seal some of our hardwood floors. I of course don't want to use a traditional sealant as they are so strong.
I looked into Rubios Monocoat (http://www.monocoat.us/) but don't think that will be an option for us. I also googled and found a water based "low odor" option from Minwax.

Any previous experience or recommendations?
TIA!
Re: Low/no VOC (or odor) polyurethane?
We've used AFM Safecoat Polyureseal on a couple of cabinets in our house. It's holding up really well and it looks like they recommend it for flooring as well. http://www.afmsafecoat.com/products.php?page=3#43
We've also used their Acrylacq for trim and regular paint for walls. I've been very happy with all the products. I get really nauseous when I'm around fumes from regular paints but these don't bother me at all.
Tired after a long morning of hiking and swimming.
Thanks! I'll look into both of those and see if they'll be a good fit for our project!

I had a company that uses the Bona system refinish my floors. It's water based and they pump the dust to a trailor in driveway.
We walked on the floors each night of application. It was so convenient, and has held up well. It's been six years.
