Hey Ladies,
I haven't posted in awhile (not that I posted a lot before). We bought a house in Conroe/Woodlands, switched jobs (now actually looking for another), just been busy.
My birthday is in January. We normally stay in a hotel in downtown (Icon) and do something. I'm looking for ideas on what to do the weekend of the 21/22. We have been to the zoo, the HMNS, the drive in theater out of town, mardi gras in galveston and actually stayed at La Torreta on lake conroe. We like to do something different each time. I'm ok with staying at the same hotel just a new activity and restaurant.
Any ideas?
Re: Things to do in January
wait a couple of weeks and go see the Michael Jackson Cirque Du Soleil show!
Then get a bed and breakfast after
Welcome to the north side! I'm on the very southside of Conroe.
I'm going to sound like a broken record, but how about staying at AVIA on Market Street in The Woodlands? I really want to do that so I keep suggesting it to everyone else.
Then you can report back and if it is wonderful, maybe I can talk my DH into an overnight date night.
Sorry it took so long, I'm not able to get on TN at work
The rodeo doesn't start until the very end of February and all of March, but that would be fun.
I did see Avia in the woodlands, I am always shopping/eating on Market St. I wonder how expensive it is? (off to look now)
Are they holding this at the racetrack like the others?
Cool me too (sorta), if you don't count the woodlands as conroe (I don't), we live sorta by stewarts forest and that other neighborhood right by it.
