Does ANYONE have an embroidery machine with software?

I'm desperate. My SIL wants to get my brother a new hat. Black, flex fit. Peterbilt. This does not exist.

My MIL has the embroidery machine but doesn't have the software to make an image compatible with her machine. I need to get this dang hat made and no one will make just one hat.

Any ideas? Recommendations?

Do you need the design digitized?  Or does she have the design and it isn't compatible with her machine?  If she has the design, I can change it for you.

I'm heading out to pickup a new light fixture but I'll be back in about an hour. 
If she has the design, you will need to get it emailed to me so I can change it.

Google whatever design/image your looking for (ex: peterbilt + embroidery) and see if you can find the embroidery file. You might have luck on etsy.com, or the embroidery websites.

Actually, you probably won't find it anywhere, due to copyright.   If you have a picture of it, it could be digitized but.....

I'll do a little research and see if I can come up with anything.

Basically, but on the hat already. He's so dang picky, it's driving me nuts! I know he NEEDS a new hat because his old hat is like 6 years old, been to Kuwait/Iraq and back and it's so coated in oil that when it rains, it drips oil down his face.

I guess I'll keep searching. If nothing else, I'll tell brother to deal with it.
