The graham cracker dessert is just 2 graham crackers w/vanilla or chocolate frosting in the middle. I've made them since I was a kid.

This dessert is awesome! The graham crackers soak up just a bit of the moisture from the frosting, so they aren't crunchy like an unfrosted graham cracker. Delicious!!!
(DH makes this every once in a while... He really likes frosting, lol)

Another thing you can do... I do this for my kids.
Whipped Cream sandwiched between graham crackers and freeze. It's SO good... and healthier than ice cream!
