Christmas Eve Dinner

Hi all - This is the first year DH and I will be hosting Christmas Eve dinner! There will be about 17 people there for a sit down dinner. I'm excited, but a bit nervous. This is what I have planned -

Pork Tenderloin stuffed with spinach, sun dried tomatoes and goat cheese; Twice baked potato casserole; roasted vegetables; a big salad; and, cream cheese and olive penguins (cute idea off Pinterest for the kids).

What do you think? Any suggestions?

  • Sounds delish! What are you doing for dessert?

  • I would have an additional option other than the pork.  We don't eat pork (not for religious reasons, just because).  I always get frustrated when people only serve pork.  How about a vegetarian option... maybe a lasagna?

  • I agree with another option besides pork. For religious reasons, I don't eat meat on Christmas Eve.
