Hockey Night!!
I'm taking my Mom to her first ever NHL game at the Bridgestone in Nashville to see the Predators play the Red Wings and then heading over to Tootsie's to surprise my friend who works there. She's been Tweeting that she wants to see me and thinks it won't be another 2 weeks. We're still doing NYE there, but since DH is working almost every day this month he's sending me out on a girl's trip. We did snag the best table in the house at the place we wanted on NYE too after a round of phone tag. I can't wait to shock my friend in front of the crowd. This should be awesome! Anybody else up to something good?
Bonus: I finished my Christmas shopping and managed to get 8 extra gifts for the women's shelter in my hometown.

Yea for Christmas shopping getting done! I don't watch unless the Blues play, and I've gotten to the point where I don't even watch the Blues - just check the score. Seems like whenever I watch they lose.
So, how'd the Predators do? Whip the pants off the Red Wings?
Zach went to see some friends. I couldn't go since I couldn't find anyone to take my hours, and we haven't gotten to see them in a year, so I told Zach to go. He graduates this week, so I figured he could use some testosterone after being stuck in the house with Lola and I all the time.
