Free Amazon Prime?

My AmazonMom free 1-year subscription to Prime ends next week.  :-(  Although I don't order much off of Amazon, I was enjoying the quick, free delivery when I did order.  Are there any other ways to "earn" a free prime account?  I don't think I used it enough to warrant a $79 annual fee to renew.

If you by chance have a .edu email address you can get prime free for 1 year.

A Prime account can have to up to 5 emails (accounts).  And so I have 3 other friends split it with me.  and so $20 isn't too bad for the year.  Since I'm the coordinator, DH and I have separate accounts to make it the 5.  If you don't need two emails, then you can split it with 4 people and get it down lower per person!

Ditto AP - where do you get diapers from?  I order them through subscribe and save with amazon mom and have Prime shipping through I think the end of next year now.

They cut you off after a year .  You still can "subscribe and save" with free shipping, but you don't get prime....

This.  If you read the fine print, you continue to get free prime "up to a year" with the AmazonMom sign up.  I still continue my S&S on my diapers.  I was wondering if I could just sign up with DH's email, but I heard that they go by the delivery address and not by a new email address?  Not sure if that is true.  I guess I could try and see.

My AmazonPrime through AmazonMom only lasted 3 months and ends on the 18th, but I read that if you spend $25/month you will continue to get free shipping for up to a year.

Bummer!  I didn't know that.  I have about 5 e-mail addresses all with the same credit card and same shipping address that all get Prime ... so I think signing up with your DH's address should be fine.

I thought about that, too, but I don't know if I want to be dragging a bigass box of diapers home every few weeks (I have to walk pretty far to get to my parking garage).  :-/  I guess I'll just forego my prime shipping next year.  *tear*
