What do you think?  Do we really need another sports arena?  Why not just use the Linc- it is only used about 25 times a year.

Otherwise, the other things seem interesting.  The Chickie's only blocks away from the other one is a big surprise.

I was actually thinking that would make sense for them to close that Chickie's location.  Maybe they can put the Super Fresh back there.  Or a Target or Wawa.  I would never have to drive again!

There is one in Vegas and I went there!  My friends rode the bull - it was fun.  I took pictures hehe

Chickie's is a smart move.  What else can you put there that would attract people in the offseason?  Plenty of parking too

ooh, I love the Victory Beer Garden, I love the victory brewpub in Downingtown, but this will be about an hour closer!

Well, it sounds like it's going to be grossly overpopulated with sports stuff, but it is a win for Philadelphia.  Traffic is going to be a nightmare and on event nights even 10x worse, but I like to see Comcast investing in something that will help our local economy.  If it creates jobs and makes our city more attractive, I see it as a win.  It could be worse... it could be another casino!

its good to have more restaurants and walkable things in that area of giant buildings and parking lots. i wish wish wish the casino was going there instead of sugar house and maybe still foxwoods. would have been a better choice since the area is already entertainment focused and non-residential.
