Paint Pens Q? from a lurker/newbie
Hi!
I am working on a project- I got this frame (http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/00063672/) w/ 2 shelves (no plastic bins) for $5 off CL and hope to decorate it so it could serve as a dollhouse for her Groovy Girl dolls. I just put a coat of Kilz primer on the shelves, and figure I will do the same to the inside of the frame. Then I want to paint the shelves (which will serve as floors/ceilings) and the "walls" w/ leftover latex wall paint. I was hoping I could then paint rugs and wall decor on- is there a paint pen that work well over regular wall paint?
