Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Whatever you believe send my way please! I had an interview today, it would be with my current company but a new position in a new location with a big raise (and not much more responsibility then I currently have).
I think the interview went well but there are 10 other candidates they are considering and I am farely low in term of seniority (we are union, so senority is HUGH).
Fingers crossed for me please ladies!
