Hey, you've been to the BG in VA, right?
What are some of the things you did there? We'll be there for three nights this month, so it will be chilly but shouldn't be too bad.
We already know that we want to spend one day at Monticello (Jefferson's home) which is about 30 minutes away. I also would like to go horseback riding if the weather will allow it.
Did you use any of their hiking trails on property?

Yes, we stayed at Patrick Henry Square. I was not impressed with the resort. Probably my least favorite of all the resorts I've been to.
We just explored Colonial Williamsburg, the little shops and restaurants. We really liked Blue Talon Bistro, super cute and good food.
We went to Virginia Beach and explored the strip along the beach, and did touristy stuff. We went to Newport News (I think) and took a chartered fishing trip in the Chesapeake Bay.
I was 5 weeks pregnant at the time and felt pretty nauseas for most of the trip. Wee, fond memories.
