Travel gift certificates?
I'm really stuck for what to get my brother and his wife for Christmas. They're currently living in Berlin for a year, so don't want a lot of stuff they have to move back. I know they want to travel (and come visit us in London), but they don't have a ton of money. I was thinking of gifting them a voucher or gift certificate they could use to fly somewhere, but I don't see that the airlines offer such a thing. Does anyone know if this is possible? Or any brilliant alternatives? Maybe something for train, or accommodations somewhere instead?

Check out their local Groupon. Right now there's a crazy good flight deal, valid from Oslo to several different European cites for ?30. The company selling it is out of Germany, so maybe they've got the same deal going there.
ETA: The company name on the Norwegian deal is Air Fast Tickets in Berlin. Maybe check them out individually.
