Re: Your thoughts on the holidays...
I don't get stressed about the holidays. It's a busy time, but it's fun. If we go to my IL's, it is slightly stressful because MIL always does something annoying (but she does that every time we see her or talk to her, so it's not a holiday thing). I do wish we could stay home more often, but I also love seeing my parents, hanging ou with them in Phoenix, or visiting DH's family. I like choosing gifts, and don't stress about that, either.
Work is stressing me way more than the holidays, this year, since we've all just been told we have to reapply for our jobs in Feb or March. Happy Holidays from my wonderful employer!
