Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

PSA: Is your cell phone backed up?

A co-worker of mine just lost her cell phone yesterday and has now lost all contacts, photos, data, etc. Whoever found her phone has already changed her passwords to both of her email accts she had associated with the phone and she's truly devastated. She had not transferred her photos in some time and has lost all the photos she has recently taken. (she even had her kids socials on her phone)Apparently the online backup she had through Verizon didnt work either, so she couldnt retrieve everything when she got a new phone today.

So, I just thought I'd remind everyone not to keep sensitive info on your phone and to back up and download often!
