We have changed our cookware over to Green Pans, but I need an 8qt pot, and I can't find any that are sold individually (not in a set).
I was shopping at a store and asked an employee if they had any pots around that size that are "green" and nonstick, and he said no, not like the ceramic coating. (Obviously they have stainless).
So is anodized/hard anodized cookware safe? I tried to do some google searches, it sounds like the process prevents any leaching, but I'm not sure I understand exactly how safe it is. I would love to hear any opinions or advice, suggestions, etc.
